Wolfville Court Apartments

Blossomview & Valleyview

Blossomview and Valleyview are twin buildings. There are upper, and lower apartments, with outside entrance directly into each apartment.

Units have good size, eat-in kitchens. Livingroom features a study or reading nook at one end.

Storage room in the apartment, plus extra basement storage area available. Lower units have lawn area, some even have flower beds.

Upper floor units have a shared deck with one neighbour, and lots of room across the walkway for a game of toss, or a picnic.

Riverview

Riverview is a two storey building, offering one bed room units only, with an outside entrance directly into each apartment.

Ground floor units have covered sitting area outside. Upper floors feature a small balcony off the bedroom.

Large living room / dining room . Efficient kitchen, large storage closet. Large bedroom with 8 foot closet. Large coin op laundry room, and mailboxes at this building.

Eagleview

Eagleview is a non-smoking 3 storey, hallway building.

Mailboxes, and large laundry room on the ground floor. Efficient kitchen with good dining area.

Large living room. Linen closet next to the bathroom, and bedrooms. Second, and third floor units have small balconies. Both feature one, and two bedroom units.

Ridgeview & Towerview

Ridgeview and Towerview are twin buildings. Two storey, hallway buildings, with one and two bedroom units available.

Two bedroom units feature large built in dressers in the bedroom closets, as well as a linen closet. Galley kitchen makes cooking easy. Livingroom is a good size, with room for a small dining table next to the kitchen.

One bedroom units have built in floor to ceiling linen closet in the bathroom. Kitchen, dining room, livingroom all one open area. Configure the space with your furniture to suit your needs.

Skyway

Skyway Building is a non-smoking, hallway, Security Building. Large kitchen, open livingroom / dining room area.

Good storage areas in the apartments and generous closet space. Recently updated Fridges, and Stoves

There are two set of coin-up laundry machines; one on the first floor, and the other on the third floor. Mail boxes are located at the front door.

A quiet, shady park area behind the building for relaxing. 5 minute walk down the hill to the center of Acadia campus.
